AWKWARD: Four traffic officers wait outside the Makana Council Chamber on May 30. They were called to remove three councillors, Lungile Mxube, Kungeka Mashiane and Philip Machanick, after they refused speaker Mthuthuzeli Matyumza’s instruction to leave their council seats and move to the public gallery.
